Full advance payment for quick immediate orders, Title in the goods shall pass to the customer as and when the company has received payment in full from the customer. 90% deposit of invoice value balance to be paid against documents. Irrevocable sight Letter of Credit by Valuable Authorised Bank only or by Registered institution acceptable by our Bank.

Price Policy  :

We wish to maintain a price control; we are subject to cost beyond Our control with  regards timber and currency changes. However,  We will do our best to minimise any increases for the next 3 months. Final prices will be valid for 30 days. 

Crack & Guarantee  :

Our furniture does not crack, break or splits. Before we finish the furniture, we check if output is under 8% to 10%(kiln Dried), if not we wait Or else the furniture might crack after finishing. We give written guarantee that when an Item is cracked, we replace it in next order and this entire process will be carry out as per I. S. Code 1141(1973) in our own Timber Seasoning Plant, also this wood is chemically treated to make it safer from any kind of wood biting insects will help the wood become powder free. This process consists of wood pressure treatment plant in ours Industries  that developed the wood resists any types of attack of insects that make the wood powederer and any biological effect is carried out as per AWPA(American Wood Preservative Association-USA) as well as I.S. Code 401(1961) standard. 

Transport   :

A first order will be shipped within 7-8 weeks. Special design order, might take more time. We can assist overseas clients handling shipment from the Ahmedabad(ICD)  port to any main port in the world. We also accept  all insurance by recommendation on  with buyer.

Packing  : 

Most of our Outdoor & Classic also Original  furniture can be delivered knock down or folded & Transported in a Cartoon Box OR Corrugated Sheet with Bubble Packingsheet..

Inspection  & Quaility : 

In Inspection minor defect accepted by the customer and or buyer want to do quality. The Material Finishing, Style, Marking & workmanship with minor & major effect and measurement with size and moisture content as vendors and buyers want to do for this Quality . A loading supervision such as documentation of marking, Label, Container No. , Condition of container , Dry and clean or other quality defination in depend of  buyer or customers want to do for the good quality of our product and we wish best service for you as per ISO 9001:2000 Certification.
