The Management through ISO Executive Overview Training and other Quality and Statutory and regulatory related programs makes the employees aware of the new policy matters and the record of the same is maintained by the M.R

Quality Policy :

It is the Policy of Keshavlal Mangubhai & Co. to Design Manufacture & Supply Office, Traditional, New Concept , Antique Replica & Reproduction Furniture in compliance with the Customer needs and to relevant International specifications.

To ensure this we will continuously improve our products and services through Constant Evaluation, Inspection and Verification of processes at all stages of manufacturing by implementing a quality improvement system developed in line with the ISO 9001:2000 Standard and by following all the Statutory and Regulatory Requirements through active involvement of all team members for achieving the Ultimate Goal "Customer Satisfaction".

Compliance with the provisions and Objectives of this Policy is mandatory for all employees of the company.

Quality Objectives:

The Objectives of Quality Policy are :-

• To Reduce the Percentage of Rectification of Products at Final Stage Inspection by 1% min from the Previous Container Load.
• To Deliver the Repeat Order Products 15 days Earlier from the Schedule Date of Dispatch
• To Deliver the new Developed Products On time
• To Reduce the Various Costing Parameters by 2 % min Container to Container
• To Increase the Category of Grade A Suppliers by 5% min from the Previous Year

The quality management System is reviewed by the executive management to ensure its continuing suitability, adequacy and effectiveness in meeting the quality policy, quality objective(s) of the company
